Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease your loaf pan or line it with parchment paper for easy removal.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together 2 cups (250g) all-purpose flour, 1 teaspoon baking powder, 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon, 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg, and 1/2 teaspoon salt. Set aside.
  3. In another bowl, beat 1/2 cup (115g) softened unsalted butter and 3/4 cup (150g) brown sugar until light and fluffy.
