Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease your baking dish lightly with butter or cooking spray.
- In a large bowl, whisk together the pumpkin puree, granulated sugar, brown sugar, eggs, heavy cream, vanilla extract, cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, cloves, and salt until smooth and well combined.
- In a separate bowl, mix the oats, flour, brown sugar, melted butter, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt until crumbly.
- Pour the pumpkin filling into the prepared baking dish and spread it out evenly. Sprinkle the crisp topping generously over the filling.
- Place the dish in the preheated oven and bake for 35-40 minutes, or until the topping is golden brown and the filling is set.
- Remove the dish from the oven and let it cool for 10-15 minutes before serving.
