Instructions

  2. Add heavy cream, whole milk, vanilla extract, and salt. Whisk until well combined and sugar is mostly dissolved.
  3. Pour the ice cream base into a clean container, cover, and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight. (Shortcut: Chill over an ice bath for 10-15 minutes if short on time.)
  4. For the topping: In a small skillet over medium heat, melt unsalted butter. Add panko breadcrumbs and everything bagel seasoning. Stir constantly for 3-4 minutes until fragrant and golden.
  5. Add brown sugar and stir for another minute until melted and toasty. Remove from heat and transfer to a plate to cool completely.
