Ingredients

Instructions
- Lay out 20 slices of salami on a clean cutting board.
- Soften 8 oz cream cheese in a bowl (let sit at room temperature for 5 minutes or microwave for 10 seconds).
- Add chives, garlic powder, and black pepper to the cream cheese. Stir until smooth and evenly combined. Add red pepper flakes or extra herbs if desired.
- Spread about 1 teaspoon of the cream cheese mixture evenly over each salami slice, leaving a small border at the edges.
- Roll each salami slice tightly around the filling into a spiral.
- Optional: Wrap roll-ups in plastic wrap and chill for 10-15 minutes for neater slices.
- Slice each roll-up into 2-3 bite-sized pieces with a sharp knife. Skewer with toothpicks if desired.
