Instructions

  1. Gather your ingredients: Measure out 2 cups (480 ml) of vanilla ice cream, 1 cup (240 ml) of milk, 1/2 teaspoon of mint extract, and a few drops of green food coloring if using. Prep your whipped cream topping and any garnishes.
  2. Add the ice cream and milk to your blender jar. Pour in the mint extract and green food coloring. If you want it sweeter, add 1-2 teaspoons of sugar here.
  3. Blend on medium speed for about 30 seconds to 1 minute until smooth and creamy. Adjust thickness by adding more milk or ice cream as needed.
