- 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup
- ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon lemon zest (optional)
- ¼ cup graham cracker crumbs (25g), roughly crushed
- 1 tablespoon butter, melted
- ¼ teaspoon cinnamon
- Pinch of salt

- Prepare the graham crumble: In a small bowl, combine ¼ cup crushed graham crackers, 1 tablespoon melted butter, ¼ teaspoon cinnamon, and a pinch of salt. Mix until crumbs are evenly coated. Chill in the fridge for about 10 minutes.
- Mix the creamy base: In a medium bowl, whisk together ½ cup milk, 2 tablespoons softened cream cheese, ¼ cup Greek yogurt, 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup, ½ teaspoon vanilla extract, and 1 teaspoon lemon zest until smooth and creamy.
- Add oats and strawberries: Gently fold in ½ cup rolled oats and ½ cup chopped fresh strawberries until combined.
- Portion and refrigerate: Spoon the mixture into a clean jar or airtight container. Cover tightly and refrigerate overnight or for at least 6 hours.
- Serve with graham crumble: Remove from fridge and sprinkle the chilled graham crumble generously on top before eating.
Notes
If the mixture is too thick in the morning, stir in a splash of milk to loosen. Use softened cream cheese to avoid lumps. Add graham crumble just before serving to keep it crunchy.
