- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Drain and rinse the chickpeas thoroughly. Spread them out on a clean kitchen towel and gently pat them dry.
- Remove loose skins if desired.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the dried chickpeas, olive oil, smoked paprika, garlic powder, cumin, chili powder (if using), salt, and pepper. Mix until evenly coated.
