  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon fresh thyme leaves, minced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set a wire rack on top.
  2. Pat the chicken wings dry with paper towels. In a large bowl, toss wings with baking powder and salt until evenly coated.
