A quick and easy no bake dessert that layers classic s’mores flavors of chocolate, marshmallow cream, and graham crackers in parfait glasses. Perfect for summer gatherings and mess-free indulgence.
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups (150g) graham crackers, crushed (reserve 1/4 cup for topping)
- 1 cup (240g) marshmallow fluff
- 4 ounces (115g) cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup (120ml) heavy cream or whipping cream, whipped
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup milk chocolate chips or chopped milk chocolate
- Optional: mini marshmallows for garnish
- Optional: fresh strawberries or raspberries for layering
- Optional: peanut butter swirl
- Optional: coconut cream and dairy-free marshmallow fluff for vegan version
Instructions
- Crush the graham crackers in a sealed plastic bag using a rolling pin or heavy pan until you have a mix of fine crumbs and small chunks. Set aside 1/4 cup for topping.
- In a medium bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth. Add marshmallow fluff and vanilla extract, mixing until fully combined and fluffy.
- In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form.
- Gently fold the whipped cream into the marshmallow mixture using a spatula to keep it light and fluffy.
- In parfait glasses or jars, layer 2 tablespoons of crushed graham crackers, a spoonful of marshmallow cream, and about 1 tablespoon of chopped or melted milk chocolate. Repeat layers until nearly full, finishing with graham cracker topping and mini marshmallows if desired.
- Refrigerate the parfaits for at least 30 minutes to allow flavors to meld and layers to firm up.
- Serve chilled for a gooey summer treat.

Use softened cream cheese for smooth mixing. Be gentle when folding whipped cream to keep the mixture light and fluffy. Chill parfaits at least 30 minutes before serving to prevent layers from sliding. For melted chocolate swirls, microwave chocolate chips briefly and drizzle between layers before chilling.
