  • 2 tablespoons honey (about 30 ml)
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar (about 15 ml)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). If using an air fryer, set it to 390°F (199°C).
  2. Slice the smoked sausage into 1/2 inch thick bite-sized rounds.
  3. In a medium bowl, combine 1/2 cup BBQ sauce, 2 tablespoons honey, and 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar. Stir until smooth.
  4. Add the sausage slices to the bowl and toss until every piece is coated with the sauce.
  5. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and spread the sausage bites in a single layer with space between pieces.
