Description
These Turkey Cranberry Sliders are quick, easy, and perfect for parties. Packed with juicy turkey, tangy cranberry sauce, and creamy cheese, they’re always a crowd-pleaser.
Ingredients
- Slider buns (e.g., Hawaiian rolls)
- Cooked turkey, shredded or sliced
- Cranberry sauce, homemade or store-bought
- Swiss cheese slices
- Butter, melted
- Garlic powder
- Parsley, optional for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Slice the slider buns in half horizontally, keeping the tops and bottoms intact. Place the bottom halves in your baking dish.
- Layer the turkey evenly over the bun bottoms. Spread cranberry sauce generously over the turkey.
- Top with Swiss cheese slices, ensuring every slider has a piece for that gooey goodness.
- Place the bun tops over the cheese to create the sliders.
- In a small bowl, mix melted butter with garlic powder. Brush this mixture generously over the tops of the buns.
- Cover the dish with aluminum foil and bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the sliders are heated through.
- Remove the foil and bake for an additional 3-5 minutes to lightly toast the tops.
- Sprinkle with parsley for garnish, if desired. Serve warm and enjoy!
