Instructions

  1. Wash and dry cucumbers. Slice into 1/2-inch thick rounds (about 24 slices). Optionally, sprinkle with a pinch of sea salt and let sit for 5 minutes on a paper towel to draw out excess moisture.
  2. In a medium mixing bowl, beat softened cream cheese with a hand mixer or whisk until light and fluffy (1-2 minutes).
  3. Add dill, chives, parsley, garlic, lemon juice, black pepper, and sea salt. Mix until fully combined. Taste and adjust seasoning as needed.
  4. Transfer herbed cream cheese to a piping bag with a star tip, or use a zip-top bag with the corner snipped. Pipe or spoon about 1 teaspoon onto each cucumber slice.
