  • Yield: 8 servings

Description

A vibrant, customizable mocktail board featuring pink juices, sparkling mixers, and fresh fruit garnishes—perfect for parties, brunches, and celebrations. This alcohol-free setup lets guests mix their own beautiful, refreshing drinks for a fun and inclusive experience.

Ingredients

  • Pomegranate juice (chilled, 100% juice preferred)
  • Pink lemonade (store-bought or homemade)
  • Guava nectar
  • White cranberry juice
  • Cranberry-raspberry juice
  • Club soda or sparkling water (plain or berry-flavored)
  • Lemon-lime soda (optional)
  • Ginger beer (non-alcoholic, optional)
  • Strawberries (sliced)
  • Raspberries (fresh or frozen)
  • Lemon slices
  • Lime slices
  • Pink grapefruit segments
  • Lychees (canned or fresh)
  • Watermelon balls or cubes (optional, if in season)
  • Edible flowers (pansies or rose petals, optional)
  • Mint leaves
  • Colored sugar or pink sanding sugar (for rimming glasses)
  • Crushed ice or pebble ice
  • Reusable drink stirrers
  • Paper straws
  • Mini skewers

Instructions

  1. Chill all juices, mixers, and sparkling waters in the fridge for at least 1 hour before serving.
  2. Wash and prep fruit: slice strawberries, lemons, and limes; use a melon baller for watermelon or cut into cubes; drain lychees; arrange raspberries and edible flowers in bowls; pluck mint leaves and keep in a damp paper towel.
  3. Arrange a large board or tray in your serving area. Scatter bowls of fruit, mint, and garnishes naturally. Place pitchers or carafes of juices around the board, and set sparkling water and sodas nearby. Fill an ice bucket with crushed ice.
  4. Prepare a garnish station: pour colored sugar into a shallow bowl for rimming glasses, set out a plate with a lemon wedge, and line up stirrers, straws, and skewers.
  5. Show guests how to rim glasses: run a lemon wedge around the rim, dip into colored sugar, and fill halfway with ice. Add about 1/3 cup (80 ml) of chosen juice base, top with sparkling water or soda, and mix in fruit, mint, and edible flowers. Stir, taste, and adjust as desired.
  6. Let guests customize their drinks and enjoy!

Notes

Chill all ingredients for best flavor and presentation. Pre-slice fruit and prep garnishes ahead for easy assembly. Offer a variety of juices and mixers for different sweetness levels. Use crushed ice for a pretty finish and keep extra ice on hand. For dietary needs, swap in sugar-free juices, coconut or almond milk, or avoid citrus and nuts as needed. Arrange fruit and flowers in clusters for a photo-worthy board.
