Fresh Pink Himalayan Salt Sole Water Recipe Easy Morning Detox Drink

  • Author: Lena
  • Total Time: 24 hours 5 minutes
  • Yield: About 1 cup of sole concentrate; makes multiple servings when diluted 1x

Description

A simple and mineral-rich morning drink made by dissolving pink Himalayan salt crystals in filtered water, designed to support hydration and provide a gentle detox.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1/4 cup (60 ml) pink Himalayan salt crystals (coarse, unrefined)
  • 1 cup (240 ml) filtered or spring water at room temperature

Instructions

  1. Measure 1/4 cup (60 ml) of pink Himalayan salt crystals into a clean glass jar.
  2. Pour 1 cup (240 ml) of filtered room temperature water over the salt crystals.
  3. Stir gently with a non-metal spoon to combine. Do not expect all salt to dissolve immediately.
  4. Let the mixture sit for at least 24 hours at room temperature or until salt crystals are fully dissolved.
  5. Check saturation: if some crystals remain at the bottom, the sole solution is saturated. If all salt dissolved quickly, add more salt and let it rest again.
  6. Seal the jar tightly and store at room temperature or in the fridge.
  7. To prepare the morning drink, dilute 1 teaspoon (5 ml) of the sole water concentrate into 8 ounces (240 ml) of fresh filtered water and sip slowly.

Notes

Do not drink sole water concentrate undiluted as it is very salty and potent. Use only non-metal utensils and containers to avoid corrosion and flavor alteration. Store the sole water in a cool, dark place away from sunlight. Refresh the sole water every 2-3 weeks for best quality. Optional: add a splash of fresh lemon juice or steep herbs like mint or ginger for flavor variations.
