  • Yield: 1 serving 1x

Description

A romantic and refreshing cocktail blending vodka, cranberry juice, fresh lime, and elderflower liqueur, perfect for special evenings and celebrations.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 oz vodka (e.g., Tito’s or Absolut)
  • 1 oz 100% pure cranberry juice
  • 0.5 oz fresh lime juice
  • 0.5 oz elderflower liqueur (e.g., St-Germain)
  • 0.25 oz simple syrup (optional)
  • 3 fresh cranberries (for garnish)
  • 1 lime wheel or twist (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Chill your martini glass in the freezer for at least 10 minutes.
  2. In a cocktail shaker, combine 2 oz vodka, 1 oz cranberry juice, 0.5 oz fresh lime juice, 0.5 oz elderflower liqueur, and 0.25 oz simple syrup if desired.
  3. Fill the shaker about two-thirds full with ice.
  4. Shake vigorously for about 15 seconds until the outside of the shaker feels icy cold.
  5. Strain the cocktail into the chilled glass using a fine mesh strainer.
  6. Garnish by skewering 3 fresh cranberries on a cocktail pick and resting it across the rim, then add a lime wheel or twist.

Notes

Use fresh lime juice for best brightness. Adjust sweetness by varying simple syrup amount. Chill glass beforehand to keep cocktail crisp. Avoid over-shaking to prevent dilution. For a non-alcoholic version, substitute vodka and elderflower liqueur with botanical sparkling water.
