Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a mini muffin pan or line with mini paper liners.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together melted butter and sugar until smooth and glossy.

- Let bites cool in the pan for 5 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
- For Strawberry Cream Cheese Dip: Beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, strawberry jam, and food coloring until fluffy.
- For Chocolate Ganache Dip: Heat heavy cream until steaming, pour over chopped chocolate, let stand 2 minutes, then stir until smooth.
- For other dips: Spoon caramel, Nutella, or marshmallow fluff into bowls; swirl in milk if needed for texture.
- Wash and prep fruit; arrange dippers and toppings in piles or bowls.
- Assemble board: Place dips in small bowls, arrange brownie bites in the center, fill in with dippers, and scatter garnishes.
- Serve at room temperature with tongs or toothpicks for dipping.
Notes
Brownie bites can be made gluten-free or dairy-free with simple swaps. Use a cookie scoop for uniform bites. Make ahead and store in an airtight container. Dips and dippers can be customized to taste and season. If brownie bites sink, bake a few minutes longer; if dry, check oven temp. Fruit should be prepped just before serving for freshness.
