Instructions

  1. In a large pitcher, combine lemon juice, cold water, and sugar. Stir until sugar is dissolved (2-3 minutes).
  2. Add cranberry or pomegranate juice for color and tartness. Add grenadine if desired for deeper pink.
  3. Taste and adjust sweetness or tartness as needed.
  4. Chill lemonade in the fridge for at least 1 hour, or use plenty of ice if short on time.
  5. Wash and slice berries, lemons, and any other fruit for garnish.
  6. Arrange mint leaves, fruit, and edible flowers in small bowls or trays.
  7. Fill ice bucket with ice and chill sparkling wine or water.
  8. Set out chilled champagne flutes or glasses.
  9. Place pitcher of pink lemonade in the center of serving area. Arrange sparkling wine, fruit bowls, and garnish trays around it.
  10. Pour 1/4 cup pink lemonade into each glass.
  11. Add 1/2 cup sparkling wine (or sparkling water for mocktail).
  12. Gently stir with a bar spoon to combine.
  13. Top with fresh berries, lemon slice, and mint sprig. Add flavored syrup if desired.
  14. Let guests build their own mimosas and enjoy!
