Instructions

  1. In a microwave-safe mug, combine 4 tablespoons (about 1/4 cup) of all-purpose flour, 1/8 teaspoon baking powder, 1/16 teaspoon baking soda, and 1/8 teaspoon salt. Stir well to evenly distribute the leavening agents.
