- 3–4 medium-sized fresh lemons (about ½ cup / 120 ml fresh lemon juice)
- 4 cups (1 liter) chilled Sprite
Instructions
- Roll each lemon on the countertop to soften it before cutting in half.
- Using a juicer or citrus reamer, extract about ½ cup (120 ml) of fresh lemon juice into a bowl, removing any seeds.
- Ensure the Sprite is well chilled before mixing.
- Pour the fresh lemon juice into a mixing pitcher.
- Slowly add 4 cups (1 liter) of Sprite to the pitcher.
- Stir gently with a long-handled spoon to combine without losing too much fizz.
- Taste and adjust by adding more lemon juice for tartness or a teaspoon of sugar or honey for sweetness if desired.
- Serve immediately over ice-filled glasses, garnished with a lemon wheel or fresh mint if desired.
